FITNESS CLASSES

Temple xfit

Temple XFit classes are coach-led high intensity workouts that build strength, endurance, and confidence. Expect a fun mix of lifting, cardio, and functional movements that keep things fresh and help you get stronger week after week.


Difficulty is moderate, but every workout can be scaled. Coaches offer modifications for movements, weights, and intensity so you can meet the workout at your level, whether you’re newer to fitness or getting back into a routine.

Saturday: 9:00 AM

Get fit hiit

Get Fit HIIT is a coach-led, station-rotation class designed to help you build strength and endurance in a fun, upbeat setting. You’ll move through a series of timed stations that mix cardio and functional movements, with clear instruction and coaching at every stop.


This class is beginner friendly and easy to follow, even if you’re new to group fitness. Modifications are always available, so you can adjust the movement, pace, or intensity to match your comfort level while still getting a great workout.
